This past Saturday, August 29th, 2009, Jacksonville (my hometown and where I reside) held it's annual Code Camp: www.jaxcodecamp.com.
I presented one SharePoint session and covered for someone else who had a family emergency that turned into a fun "anything goes" Q/A session (well... not anything... it wasn't a truth or dare type session).
What really took me back was how professional the JAX Code Camp was this year. With over 700 registrations and 400+ in attendance at varying points of the day, they even had a charity spin on it, raising over $12,000 for the Wolfson's Children's Hospital! Hats off to Bayer and the rest of the team who pulled it off. This was by far the best Code Camp I've ever attended! Congrats guys... proud to be part of this!
